week 464

Not a good week as I remain under the evil spell of Menieres disease that eases off a round 4 pm.  I had a few days of art activity but my enthusiasm wanes despite several interesting prompts from my art journaling groups.  Combine that with  malware that took over Google (Amazon Rewards)and was then synced to iPad and mobile.  After days of trying to remove it a young friend Carol removed it enabling a modicum of serenity ti touch my world.  We might say this was not the best of times.  To add to the craziness each cat brought in a lizard, Ms Kitty a small one and Xochitl a larger one. Neither cat is happy that daddy returned them to the great outdoors.

my desk today; the major supplies put away; now all that remains are the

bits you think you may need when a great idea strikes 5 minutes after you throw them all out.

This is the bag where  tissue paper is kept and was discovered by Xochitl who is now in it sleeping.
Today I went over to a newly opened "Tea" place.  The teas they sell left much to be desired so now I will use up the last of my Ty Phoo  and get a proper cuppa.  Then if my head remains in vertigo drive a glass of Bourbon, Gentleman Jack will be enlisted.  This works wonders for attitude but not for productivity.

  2. The cat-in-the-bag photo made me laugh out loud!! As did the fact that you love Ty-phoo tea - do you have British ancestors? Lol I'm so sorry to hear about the Meniere's, it's a pig - I get positional vertigo from time to time and it's not much fun. Hope the vertigo recedes enough for you to have that bourbon!

  7. I love the flowers on your journal and agree about the little bits. I do hope you get feeling better soon, but as a bourbon lover, that you continue the treatment as an ounce (or two) of prevention.
    Happy WOYWW.

  9. Have a friend with Menieres so I can see how bad it must make you feel. Hope you feel a bit better by now.
So it is Typhoo for you and Tetley for my favourite advert on tv but Yorkshire Tea at this house (although I don't drink tea - just fruit teas or tesanes. My other half is a coffee drinker so tea at this house is for visitors.
Oh dear, pressies from the cats! Had to smile at where they get to - mine used to sleep in any box I had and even a carrier bag once on top of a tall cupboard. Wish I still had her.
    Hugs, Neet 3 xx
